This patch creates a CacheProvider interface for which there is a
DefaultCacheProvider that creates instances of the LruCache.
The codebase only binds to the CacheProvider which is injected through in the
default Guice module, and could be replaced by any other implementation
delivering other cache implementations to Shindig.
Separately I will implement some CacheProvider implementations.
