Maven sites for reports.

Having been away for a while I realized that http://people.apache.org/ 
~ieb/shindig/ was not updated, and so the various reports were all  
out of date.

This is now updating and rebuilding every 4 hours... provided the  
build isn't broken. Its not a replacement for CI, but it does report  
on coverage, style, findbugs and any other reports that other feel  
are valuable,
eg http://people.apache.org/~ieb/shindig/shindig-parent/shindig- 
social-api/cobertura/index.html

If you want instant feedback locally there are instructions on how to  
do the same in BUILD-JAVA (at the bottom of the file)

Unfortunately it only does the build and test for java, but I  
understand Chris has got PHP covered.
