Hi All, I'm having a problem handling a remote XML feed which contains German special characters, and is encoded in ISO-8859-1. The gadget makeRequest call returns only the part of the XML document that is before the first appearance of a special character.
I'm trying to trace out the problem, but I thought that someone may have run into it already. You can try http://sic.bonf.net/test_ger.xml as an example of such a feed. iGoogle handles the feed properly. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks, Ben LabPixies
