I have downgraded the javadoc plugin just for the assemble profile to
keep Hudson going as its running 2.0.8
This does not change the version used for any of the other profiles.

If there isn't 2.0.9 on hudson... is there an earlier version of the

(we should probably update the required version to 2.0.9 in the pom
