I think your security token is missing a piece. I believe you're using the
format defined in BasicSecurityTokenDecoder which is

owner:viewer:app-id:domain:appurl:module-id:container-id

whereas you're token has

owner:viewer:domain?:container-id?:appurl:module-id   and no appid
