The integration has been very easy. I know how my app works and where it stores accounts, etc. What has been maddeningly difficult is figuring out how to interface with Shindig. Shindig is not a code library with well-defined integration points. It is a self-contained application. Also, there is literally no supported documentation whatsoever. The only docs are written by people like me or Chris Chabot etc. who have gone down the integration path or some design docs from the code contributors. I keep feeling like I'm missing something as I'm the only one complaining.
