IIUC we need to fix: - add a full source assembly to provide source from the tag (major) - fix LICENSE.TXT in the tarball/zip (not in the jars) to include all licenses like ICU or BSD (major) - fix NOTICE in the tarball/zip (not in the jars) to specify crypto and for php, the use of Zend and PHPUnit (major) - fix README to clarify how to use tarball/zip (major) - fix svn flag (minor) - add license header mainly in features, js and one in pom.xml (minor) - fix copyright date in some file (minor) - discuss to provide COMMITTERS file (?)
