SampleRealm is used by the sample three-legged OAuth implementation.  It
implements an interface defined by jsecurity.  This interface includes
methods that control authentication and authorization.  For the sample case
it uses the canonicaldb.json file to control this behavior.
SampleRealm is referenced by the sample web.xml
