Over on Shindig Dev we have https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-1138
spamming the list as a result of a misconfigured email filter.
Emailing Dmitry Vorobyev results in a bounce, is there anyway stopping
this jira sending Dmitry emails so they dont bounce back ?
