I've been holding off on that because so much of the service depends on a
java-esq environment where there's shared variables between processes (do evil,
debug output, etc) that will go away when you restart the service.. none of
these things are true in php (no shared resources, and perm storage) so
replicating the functionality identically is going to be tricky.
On the other hand plenty of people have run into issues with it, so from a user
perspective it would be a good thing
I'm open to suggestions here :)
