Keeping current with upstream we have the following minor updates. Note to
implementors --> old versions are generally okay (for example ehcache 1.3 or
higher is okay, etc...)
maven-jetty-plugin 6.1.15 -> 6.1.21
junit 4.5 -> 4.7 (some very interesting new test functionality there... worth
a look)
easymock 2.5.1 -> 2.5.2
xmlunit 1.2->1.3
google-collections 1.0rc2 -> 1.0rc3 (back/forward compatible, use either)
log4j 1.2.13 -> 1.2.14 (note that 1.2.15 has bad transitive dependencies, do
not use!)
ehcache 1.6.1 -> 1.6.2
