Alec Kotovich commented on SHINDIG-1232:
----------------------------------------

2 arie murdianto :

Hi!
As i already described (pls re-read above post), i get this NPE, when doing GET
request from an application to
"'social/rest/people/canonical/@friends?format=xml'" url. (On test db
canonicat.json.db). From browsers requests to both rpc and rest urls return
correct responses. I switched to use rpc, and get in my application CORRECT
Json response. As in browser. So, the problem is with programmatical request to
/rest url via GET.

">if you use path /rpc, what is the result?"

Correct json response.

2 Paul Lindner:
How should be additionally configured GET request to /rest urls, to avoid this
NPE? I prefer XML responses rather than parse json objects in my GWT client
