That's just great! So now a NSCA daemon on Windows is easy as 3 lines
of configuration :)

I think this module should be on the Arbiter, but from now only the
Broker can have "main loop" modules. I'll wrote the module managment
for "main loop" on the Arbiter for the 0.4 so we can change it as an
Arbiter module. But evey one can test the code, it will not change how
it work, just to which daemon we attach it :p

Thanks a lot Nicolas, and soon a git on https, so you can push
yourself this code :)
