Hi,
Gerhard give me a remark about the new parameter, automatic_event_handler.
In fact it's not so useful, so we remove it. The new working way is:
event_hander_enabled = 1 -> launch the event handler in automatic
event_handler_enable = 0 -> do not launch them automatically
In both case, if you launch the external command, the event handler will be
launched :)
