Hi,

The real problem is not loading the perl code, it's the wsdl/xml parsing of
the perl lib, so the soap overload, and you can do it in C if you want, it
will be still slow :)
Now we are getting modules for pollers. If you know about a perl module in
Python, we can have such a thing by the way :)
