I think the standard 'installation' should be for etc and /var :
shinken:shinken and in lib root:root. The etc it's just easier for admin,
but for var without it it just won't start.

I think setup.py should be a simple way to install, but without too much
options of course, it's not a full pacakges with all. Let take this defaults
so.

For packagers : is it ok with such values?
