> 1 : Yes :) That why the arbiter look at its "object" with the hostname and
not with a configuration file parameter. That imply that there cannot be two
arbiters on the same host, but it's not a problem :)
2 : Yes again. They are only need for a windows installation (the only
differences are no named pipe module and c:\ paths :p ).
