1. I have added two confluence groups: shiro-admins and shiro- contributors. They don't do anything just yet but it's in place for later.

2. Murali: to edit the pages, you need to have a confluence account and a signed CLA with Apache. Please let us know when you've done this (send your confluence id) and you'll be allowed to edit the site.


3. To actually change the site url, I've entered 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2105
