You need uber privs to get access to it. I'm not sure that you'll be
able to get them.

Just to add a finer point, editing or re-exporting the whole space
will not help since the format of the exported pages is controlled
within the auto-export admin page.
I don't recall what the level of access to that admin page is but I
wouldn't be surprised if you couldn't get access to it. If that
happens I or a few of the other Shiro developers should be able to
get you a copy of the template and install new ones for you.
