Primarily for Session ID generation strategies, create an
IdentifierGenerator.generateIdentifier(Map context) method to support multiple
ID generation implementations. This is nicer than having to subclass a
SessionDAO implementation, which shouldn't be necessary if all you want to do
is customize the session ID.
