Ok, so I didn't get a chance to do this yesterday, but the proposed report is in svn now. Since it's the first time I'm doing it, Les and others, you might want to check it. Obviously I read the previous ones and kept the same style, but I'm especially not sure whether it should contain any "forward-looking" statements or simply list any major events that had happened. Other than committing to our svn, the process is that I'll then just copy it to http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/January2010 once we've agreed on the content, is that right? Oh and the wiki page says they were due on 13th, so think we are technically two days late already (but I think the board meeting is on 20th).
