we also found that yesterday at the Shoebot workshop; not a blocker, but
still it's pretty annoying. Here's the rundown:
* it happens on the 'save as' dialog
* if you type a name and hit 'save', it does save the file but doesn't
destroy the save window
* pressing 'cancel' seems to have no effect; only way to get out is to
click the close button on the window titlebar.
