i agree, i think we should pack them together for now until we find a good reason (and method) to package them separately.
Unfortunately i didn't keep track of the changes i've made until today to original nodebox libraries, but i can re-download them and make a first changeset.
this sounds perfect - maybe init a new repo, commit the nodebox lib sources, overwrite them with your changed files and commit again.
(btw, on Trac i set a release date for 30/Jan, it would be great if we could meet that deadline :)
