Last, splurge and buy a double stick tape dispenser if you plan on building more than a few clubs. With a dispenser you save time, don't waste tape and are sure to get the same measured length of tape each time (with the addition of a simple length guide added).I took an old pulled shaft, lined it up alongside the tape dispenser so the end of the grip lines up with the cutter on the dispenser, and used a couple of screws to attach it to the work bench. Now when I pull out a length of tape, I know exactly how it compares to a "standard" grip.OBTW...anybody know how to "adjust" the tape dispenser so it feeds "straight". I don't know if it's a tape thing or what, but some rolls feed real straight, and others head off to one side or the other.Royce
