As Al mentioned, Golfworks is your best source.
They have pour in place inserts that are easiest
to use. Golfworks are the only ones I know of
still offering material for refinishing wood
woods and they are phasing them out. I still do
some refinishing work and plan to stock up before
their supplies are gone.
