Jeff,
Apparently there is a new product by " Brampton " called "rattle remover"..it adds only a couple of grams to total weight. It is a spray.

Subject: ShopTalk: Fixing rattle in driver head

I need to fix a rattle created by a plug that I pushed into a driver head while cleaning out the hosel.  I've never tried to "capture" such a large piece of material and am wondering what will work best.  For reference, I've used one part of two part epoxy to quiet some metal shavings that I couldn't seem to get out of a head and I've also added weight to a head by mixing two part epoxy and tungsten - both times adding the material through the bottom of the hosel.  I figure that either of these methods MIGHT work in catching the larger piece but am unsure of which to try vs. another method that I haven't thought of or tried yet.

I'm open to any suggestions on capturing this bugger.  I have no problem adding material to the head since I need a little extra weight anyway and wouldn't mind quieting the sound a bit as a side effect.  I have quickly given up on trying to catch the plug and pull it out because I really can't ever see it because it’s a pretty deep hosel.  I also tried ordering Golfsmith's rattle stopper kit and it is no longer available.

TIA,
Jeff
