As long as you don't solicit the
business, I don't see anything wrong with those scenarios. If you go to the
range and set up a display for all to see, then I think you are wearing out your
welcome. We have had trouble with one indoor driving range here during the
winter, as the pro feels we are stealing his business. In fact we have done
nothing to hurt his business as we brought our client for a fitting and paid for
a spot on the range. This did nothing to please him so rather than argue, I
don't use his facility anymore and in my mind, he is the real loser in the long
run.
