this coming from the guy with 8,000 irons, 4,000 shafts, 2,000 woods (I believe it was the 3 wood that was the problem) and I assume a 1,000 or so putters that have been tried, are in your garage, or floating around in some pond because they don't work.
I have two words for you...pa leeese.
Love,

Haysus Cristos guys!

Come on! Are not the bulk of us here relatively sophisticated clubmakers?
Haven't we tried nearly every G.D. incredibly goofy gadget that has come
along over the years? The "Fuzzy Zoeller Putting Pod?!" Come on! How about
buying one 'a them things dogs chew? You know, the ones that squeak when you
squeeze them?

What have I been saying for lo these many years? There isn't a gadget in
existence that a fisherman or a golfer wouldn't buy if there's a shred of
possibility that maybe, somehow, someway, it will catch a fish or maybe,
just maybe, help a chopper hit a ball straighter. Cripes! Buy a jar of
Vaseline, wipe some on the clubface, hit it straighter. Ahhhrgh, the mind
boggles.

Hope this message makes it thru...it looks like Arnie's post means
everything is up and running again. Sorry for the trouble it caused.
I tried sending this the other day and it didn't make it to the list.

 Fuzzy Zoellers' Putting Pod
I tried this nifty new training aid a love it! It's about the size of a
film can. Place it on the carpet, activate the sound chip and it's ready
to go. It gives you a small target to focus/aim at. When you hit the pod
with your putt, you get the feedback/sound of the ball rattling in the
 hole.
 Here's some feedback I've receieved:
"This thing rocks! When you get to the course (after practicing aiming at
the smaller target) the cup looks huge!"
"I was kind of skeptical at first, but it's really something to zero in
on...the small target makes the other practice cups I have look large, and
the sound feedback is pretty cool, too!"
The Putting Pod (for indoor use) has a velcro pad to attach it to your
carpeting, if you like. It's not too often you find a practice aid that
really does work and is fun to use, too!
The price is only $9.95 plus $5.00 shipping. Info (including a link to a
sound file so you can hear the sound the Pod makes) is at
