I'm
using the Ti 2.5 with a Bang Mellow Yellow HL at 47".
Dynamite. Best feeling club I've ever hit.

-----Original Message-----I like your idea, so let me try to start a program. I hit the Ti 2.5 in Austin at Golfsmith. Seemed to fit my swing nicely. I sure would like to try a trial shaft. ;-)

Wheels of "Free Stuff" truck are slow to turn. They got them all loaded to go and snow hit the parking lot and crashed the warehouse roof in!!! Not really...
Same here, but I expected not to as I had problems with a Striper shaft that were unresolved and Mike never had any solutions for me. Guess he doesn't want clubfitters with a little knowledge and a history of reporting problems getting ahold of his new stuff to check out. I only tried the Harrison because of the cosmetics and their advertisements, and was disappointed with both. Their yellow shaft colors were not consistent and his answer was that the color yellow is hard to control the consistency!!! (When I went to the doctor and said it hurts when I do that, he said "Don't do that!!") Guess if you can't make a consistent color then don't try to use it in your product!!!!
The six shafts I paid full price for in S and R flex were not consistent in flex and so I took back all but one and kept it to hit. Good results, but if I have to buy 6 shafts to get one that is right then I might go broke getting someone to buy it and build another just like it for his buddy who hit it and likes just that one.
Anyone have similar experience with the Striper shaft?? That is the only one I tried in yellow and blue and R and S Flex. If the rest of the line is like that then not sure if I need to demo anything, though I am willing to try them if they are offered for free!!! If you don't want to reply with bad things about the Harrison line on here, contact me in private so I can get the real story.
I would rather they have a program with clubfitters that give 50-75% discounts on shafts that WE want to trial instead of their latest greatest shaft that no one has experience with. If I hear that Arnie or Bernie or "Cub" or any other fitter on here likes a shaft, I would rather have a reduced price demo of that shaft and see if my particular cliental would benefit from that shaft and if I could make some cash on it.
Anyone get any response from them other than on here from Mike??
