May want to give the mid size softie from Golf pride.  Could build it up to be jumbo if that's what you're looking for.  Nice and soft.

Marcello,

Guess all us old players have a few extra pains. I don't care much for the
Jumbos...too big for my hands...or the Arthritics...too heavy and take total
weight up making club more difficult to swing...which brings on more pains.
Neither are very good shock insulators and the continual shock of hitting
balls is what seems to bother my hands. One grip I liked was the Oversize
Lamkin Sofwrap XT at 44 grams. Am playing one on my present SRV II/Graman
FL-50R, 47" driver. Seems a little bigger than mid size, but not as large as
jumbos. It's really a good shock insulator. I could hit balls all day with
this grip (if I had the strength to do it) without any of the soreness that
I get with normal rubber composition grips. Unfortunately, Lamkin just
discontinued it and I was told that they are in the process of improving the
whole Sofwrap XT line...w! hatever that means. You might also try a Winn
Oversize...they are fairly large and are also good shock insulators, but a
little heavier than the SW XT Oversize. Haven't tried the new GP Whisper
Oversize, but some forum reviews report Whispers are the best of the soft
wrap grips for shock reduction. It's 66 grams, though...adds a lot of weight
to the club.
