The price sounds right if they are any good. Both Balistiks and Rifles are too heavy for me. Tried the Balistiks a couple of years back and they felt OK, but I couldn't get enough distance out of them. Right now, I seem to do best using steel shafts only in the short irons with weight about 115 grams at 39" being tops for me. The Excelsiors are about 117 grams at 39". And, I didn't get to try the Excelsiors yet because, as I said, they were for a lefty set and I'm a righty. The best feeling inexpensive stepless steel shafts I've tried were the $5 Supreme Gold R from Elta, but unfortunately, they are all gone and Elta's substituted a heavier R/S.
