Tflan,
Thanks for the reply.  I am reshafting from graphite to steel with a Dynamic Gold S300-0.350".  My guy is also a 1-handicapper.  I will give a report when I finish the job.

I reshafted a TM 200 3-wood last week. There was a steel DG X100 in it that the guy couldn't hit. I replaced it with a UST PF 75 stiff, .335" tip. I used a shim and a slightly oversize 1/2" ferrule. The guy hits the ball really hard - 1 handicapper. No problems.

Subject: ShopTalk: Taylor Made 200 Steel 3-wood Shaft

Taylor Made's website shows the shaft in a 200 Steel 3-wood to be 0.350".  Does anyone know if a Dynamic Gold S300  will fit?  I need to replace the graphite shaft , but I don't want to destroy the graphite shaft if a replacement is not available except from Taylor Made.

Thanks,
