I have a Little Bertha putter that has a loose head. In typical Callaway fashion, there is a plastic insert on the shaft tip that is preventing me from just heating it up and removing the head.
The head is loose, but it will not pull off without risk of damage to the head, shaft, and the insert.
If the head is already loose, it shouldn't take much well directed heat from a heat gun to remove it.
