I use Poco Mail and it also has settings to increase the font size in 
the body of the message. No matter how I changed them, it would only 
work on plain text messages, not HTML.

However I dug around some more and found a toolbar that could be 
displayed while reading/composing messages and it had buttons to 
increase or shrink fonts in html messages. That solved the problem.

ARNIE....OK now you can go back to that 6 point underline font.
