Ralph, I don't have the specs, but can probably find out if you don't have any luck. However, I do have a story to share that may save you some grief when you use yours.
A guy here bought one and likes it a lot. He was showing it to a friend and told the friend to try it out. The friend positioned himself (ball position) too far to the rear of the device, and on the upward motion of his follow through the clubhead hit the arm that holds the foam. Device broke.

I have built a home-made version of the Inside Approach training device.
Does anyone out there know how high the foam pad is from the ground?
I am trying to find information on it from the US patents office website but have struck out.
My current version is about 5 and 3/4 inches from the bottom. I suspect it is a little higher but not sure.
I would appreciate any information if any of you have this device.
Ralph
