Just ran a check at some of the bookstores on-line and they don't have them.
I guess Golfsmith would have kept them in-house to make the money.  All GS
has left is the poster, which is a good thing to have in the shop for
reference.  Did you also buy Maltby's "Big Book" on clubmaking and repair?
