Thanks everyone who volunteered info.

I purchased the Bang SF series heads and the Super Concord heads to give them options.

The Super Concords were chosen this time. Carl was right, the 15 loft is 37°. The 11 is 31° and the 13 is 34°. The Bang's did not list lofts. The weights are about the same, with the Bang's coming in around 1 gram heavier.
