TaylorMade uses many different size shaft tips. Best thing to do is warm (with heat gun) the ferrule and slide it up the shaft (to save for reinstall), pull the head, remove the shaft tip pin (if present), clean all parts and reassemble (if shaft tip in not damaged). Once shaft is removed you can measure the tip Ø and find a substitute of the same Ø or know what size shim is needed.
Knowing what the shaft tip size is won't help. The head must come off.
