Graphite? 43 - 43 1/2". Steel? 42 - 42 1/2" . But there's no "standard." You
have to consider the golfer.  What works best is what works best.

13° 3 wood? That's a brassie. Keep in mind that the numbers on the clubs are
virtually meaningless. You're hitting a 13° fairway. It may just as well be
called a "fairway driver," or perhaps simply a "second long" club. Same goes
for irons. Today's 26° - 27° 5 iron was yesterday's 3 or 4 iron.
