TPs with the agsi were not retail issue, unless something very new has just been released. The initial line of TP putters is about 3yrs old now - they were OK.
A TP with an agsi would almost definitely be a tour van item - I've seen them (TPs) with the agsi insert that has no 'agsi' logo on it (apparent prototype), and others with a retail looking one.
