I ran another test.  It is possible that http://91.199.104.31/# may bring up what appears to be a blank browser page once it has been initially run.  If that is the case, for Firefox, you'll need to click on a red BitDefender icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen.  I'm not sure what Internet Explorer will do, but it should be similar.

Of course, if you are infected you might not be able to read the article.  If you can't read the article go to http://91.199.104.31/# and run the BitDefender Quick scan to double check if you really are infected.
