I should have mentioned that the single bend shafts I found at various sites
aren't like the Ping/Callaway. Those are trimmed somehow, or the hole is
drilled in the head in a way, that makes the shaft angle out over and towards
the center of the head. No doubt its the drilled hole in the head that makes
this work. I don't have a bending fixture any more or I'd just make a shaft for
the guy. But, this is the extent of my efforts.
