I haven't reshafted one.  But I would assume that it is like the other recent 
Cally woods.  If so, it would have a stepped ferrule that inserts into the 
first 3-4mm (my guestimate) of the hosel bore.  If you don't have one, you can 
wrap masking tape on the shaft beneath a plain ferrule to do the same sort of 
buildup.  Or if you have a collared ferrule, that will do the trick, maybe 
combined with the tape buildup just to be safe.
