When you compile with -e, in addition to 'firewall', the compiler also
generates 'firewall.conf'. This is expected to be installed in
${VARDIR}/shorewall-lite/.
In lib.cli below 3106:
[ -f ${VARDIR}/firewall.conf ] && . ${VARDIR}/firewall.conf
[ -n "$PATH" ] || \
PATH=/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin
