If you have your own /etc/shorewall/action.Broadcast then it will
probably be okay. If you don't and invoke mine instead then mine will
raise an error.

On the other hand, if you have:

actions:

Drop    inline

Then it will work, because 'Drop' isn't in the forbidden list.
