Zypper, rpm are responsible for the pre and post scripts to execute. Since
nothing has changed in the spec file other than the new version of shorewall,
my comment still applies if this problem existed in all your previous
shorewall version upgrades report it in bugzilla. Otherwise it is not a
packaging problem
