I have been doing minor cleanups here and there in config files for
5.0.2

There are two big questions for config file formats I'd like to ask.

On RC1 there are some different formatting of config files. Examples:

/etc/shorewall/restored

1) Has file default install path in it
2) Uses tab indent for comment

/etc/shorewall/tcclear

1) Has file default install path in it
2) Uses one space before comment text.

/etc/shorewall/providers

1) Doesn't have default install path in
2) Uses one space before comment text.

Which format is the one we want to have in all config files?

I'd really like to clean up these as much as possible before read
deployment phase for shorewall-5 starts by distributions.
