Another physical interface issue.

When hosts contains:

wan  eth20:2.1.2.1

And blrules contains:

blacklog  lan:eth20  all  udp  80

the following error messages are produced:

Use of uninitialized value $to in split
at /usr/share/shorewall/Shorewall/Chains.pm line 2468.

Use of uninitialized value $target in hash element
at /usr/share/shorewall/Shorewall/Chains.pm line 2469.

Use of uninitialized value $target in hash element
at /usr/share/shorewall/Shorewall/Chains.pm line 2470.

Use of uninitialized value $to in concatenation (.) or string
at /usr/share/shorewall/Shorewall/Chains.pm line 2470.

   ERROR: Unknown rule target ()
