Yes -- and everyone that I know of that has tried it (including me) has
failed. This same problem occurs when you try to perform NAT in a bridged
Xen Dom0. From http://www.shorewall.net/Xen.html:

        Warning

        I know of no case where a user has successfully used NAT (including
        Masquerade) in a bridged Xen Dom0.
