You completely missed the point.

I meant something like this:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/tmp$ scp santiago:tmp/*.deb .
openswan-modules-2.4.27-3-386_2.4.6+dfsg-1~bp 100%  140KB 139.8KB/s   00:00

As in, *don't* obfuscate what you are doing.
